A powerful experiential training that helps your team to know each other on a deeper level while introducing a clear framework of skills for cultivating authentic, professional human connection at work.
This uplifting and inspiring program has your team laughing, working collaboratively, sharing stories and reflecting personally on how they each can immediately put skills into practice in building a highly connected team.
The program can be delivered over 6 × 2 hour workshops or 2 full days, or even over the course of a weekend staff retreat. Choose between whole-team implementation or empower selected 'champions for change' to lead this cultural transformation throughout your organisation.
