BuilDING CAPACITY for SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL WELLBEING

empowering educators to revolutionise wellbeing

Despite significant investment, teachers are often overwhelmed  delivering wellbeing content that has limited impact on young people's lives. I take a radically different approach. The 'Better Conversations with Young People' program equips teaching teams with simple skills to facilitate powerful, student-centred conversations that explore and transform behaviour. By empowering educators to move beyond information delivery to meaningful conversations with peers, I help schools create lasting change in student wellbeing - one conversation at a time.

Teams often push through burnout and disconnection in pursuit of impact, sacrificing wellbeing in the process. My approach goes beyond traditional team building to create transformative experiences of authentic connection. Through experiential learning, teams discover how to weave three essential forms of human connection - productive friendship, emotional professionalism, and common purpose - into their DNA. The result? A team that tackles complex challenges collaboratively, with energy, creativity and genuine care for each other.
